Duck noodles

There was a piece of memory that I lost and luckily I found it recently. So decided to write it down before I forget it in again.

There was a bowl of duck noodle that I surely won't forget it taste. Although it was just a duck noodle from instant noodle cooked with microwave but it was the best I ever tasted.

I remember I dont like duck noodle at all. But that was the turning point. Awhh... That was so long ago... Hope someone else will cook me something else in the future that carve a mark on me.

Chinese New Year has come and goes

Took quite a break during the Chinese New Year and get chance to meet up with a numbers of friend. Though it was a bit havoc during the New Year period but luckily everything still under control and manageable if you knew what had happen.

Took most photos during this festive season especially of my home town- Bukit Mertajam.
is not too big nor small but is a place I felt warm and there really no place better than there!

At the town of Bukit Mertajam is actually a market where the photo within this post is all taken a night, a day before the Reunion Dinner, where most of the people came out for to made their last minute shoppings.

This temple is at the heart of BM town, where all the hottest events happen here especially during Hungry Ghost Festival, almost the whole Malaysian Taoist Chinese will gather here to perform rituals to transmute and absolve the sufferings of the deceased.

The Market at BM opens early in the morning where most of us still sleeping soundly at our bed, they started working as early as 2a.m. which my grandpa used to be a fishmonger he does wake up that early to fetch of some fresh catches from the distributor.

More on the BM night shots available here.

Love having festive season at home, it felt much warmer that way.

Views From Marine Barrage

During last December become I went back Penang for New Year, Vincent had drove me all the way to Marine Barrage to take a few shot of the night views towards Marine Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer.

He had always want to go there but is not easy to reach there as personal transport is always the best choice and luckily he had his uncle car for the week! Without any hesitation, we make it a wish came true!

Singapore Flyer and its surrounding
Larger view with faster shutter speed to prevent the Singapore Flyer from going blurry
Marine Bay Sands viewed from Marina Barrage

Did some portrait before we pack up and go!
Lately my colleague all got new gear for camera! We shall organized a photography outing as soon as possible after CNY! So more take!

Happy Marriage Edwin and Stephanie!

Woot! This is a long lapsed update for the Wedding photos I taken for Edwin and Stephanie. Thanks to them I had a great learning experiences taking the photo with them!

Besides that, it all came to Terrence who introduce them to me and gave me the opportunity to take such a nice photo album with them.

They are a pair of fun and loving couple which is clearly shown on the last shot above!
